Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to be happy with your order. This policy explains cancellations, returns, and refunds for 100 Stories of Healing — Volume I.
Cancellations
You may cancel your order before it is dispatched by messaging us with your order reference. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
Returns
Because this is a printed book, we do not accept change-of-mind returns once the book has been delivered and opened. This does not affect your rights where the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Damaged, defective, or wrong item
- If your book arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- Please include your order reference and a photo of the issue.
- We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund.
Refunds
- Approved refunds for prepaid orders are issued to the original payment method, typically within 5–7 business days.
- For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer/UPI to details you provide.
